Our HP300 HIGH PERFORMANCE 300 Roll up Door is designed to work at high speed, great performance and longevity. Features a reliable springless roll up door that provide users a smooth and fast operation without sacrificing security, safety and durability.
The HP300 Roll up Door is the more appropriated door for openings where security, fast operations or climate control are critical. Built with a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) that manages the door at a high speed with a soft start and soft stop features to provide a smooth operation.
The door is capable to run up to 24 inch per second, which is up to 4 times faster than regular Roll up Doors. This increases your opening productivity by reducing the operation waiting time.
It high speed and reliable operation significantly reduce the time the opening is open, maximizing your area security and minimizing the time of air exchange and exposition to other elements.
Most important, the High Performance 300 is still a Roll up Door capable to offer you the same benefits of a standard Roll up Door, such as Wind Rating capability, different finishes and fenestrations, safety sensors, access controls and more.
A series of interlocking 20 gauge galvanized steel flat slats fitted with windlocks (designed to meet required wind loads) or endlocks. A variety of finishes available include: galvanized steel, white finish, grey finish, powder-coated paint, anodized aluminum and stainless steel.
Springless barrel supports curtain and is assembled to the motor and emergency brake.
Three-angle structural steel guides that support entire door weight and wind loads, fitted with wear strips to reduce friction while ensuring a smooth operation.
Protective sheet metal (24 gauge steel galvanized) enclosure for the curtain, motor and emergency brake.
1/4” steel plates to support the hood and counterbalance shaft.eel plates to support the hood and counterbalance shaft.
Galvanized steel double angle with a protective weather-strip reinforces the curtain.
Equipped with a motor operator designed for 300,000 cycles with a control panel, which include a variable frequency drive to provide a smooth high speed operation and a monitored light curtain sensor as external entrapment protection.
