The Extreme Secure Roll Up Grille is our Heavy Duty Grille, with a highly dense curtain build with more than double the rods a standard grille have, is an excellent choice for areas with high security requirements with the need of visual exposure or air circulation.
Our model EG300 Roll Up Security Grille provide a reinforce secure barrier with an attractive and functional design without blocking air, light or visibility.
It’s the most reliable grille closure system to safeguard your property with a customized design that can come in straight pattern with the standard 9” spacers or customized to an specific measurement (3”,4.5”, 5” up to 18”).
Ideal security system to restrict public access but still allow visual exposure and air circulation, commonly used on retail apaces like jewelry stores, government facilities like police station, airports and more.
This Security Grille is build with anodized aluminum components, which made this product more durable against the elements, than regular Grilles usually made of aluminum mill components.
A series of horizontal 5/16” galvanized steel rods, covered by anodized aluminum tubes (spacers) and interconnected with anodized aluminum links in the smallest pattern of 17/32” high by 9” wide as standard (customizable).
Supports curtain and contains counterbalance torsion springs or band spring for assisting operation. Designed at 10,000 cycles, with the option for higher cycles requirements.
Extruded Anodized Aluminum guide with steel wall angle that support entire door weight and wind loads, while ensuring a smooth operation when opening and closing the door.
Protective sheet metal (24 gauge steel galvanized) enclosure for the curtain. Optional finishes are powder coat painted and Anodized Aluminum sheet.
3/16” or 1/4" steel plates to support the hood and counterbalance shaft
Extruded Anodized Aluminum tube reinforces the curtain.
Our Extreme Secure Roll Up Grill is manufactured with strong 5/16" steel rods in a design that provides smallest clrear space to provide a more secure and solid barrier tan any other grille, it is covered with Anodized Aluminum tube spacers and interconnected with Anodized Aluminum Links to offer a great appearance and more resistance to the elements.
It can be arranged in the standard 9" x 17/32" straight pattern or customized to any width up to 18”
