The insulated door curtains are constructed of 22 or 20-gauge front slat (according to case) and a 24 or 22-gauge back slat with a block of insulation that covers the complete length and width of each slat placed between.
Also we offer the option to use weather-strip, flexible vinyl, rubber, or neoprene in the guides to completely seal the door against the elements.

3/16” or 1/4” steel plates to support the hood and counterbalance shaft.
Two galvanized steel angles with a protective weather-strip enforces the curtain and contains the locking mechanisms.
Our Insulated Roll up Door is tested and certified to perform on interior or exterior openings that need to maintain 2 different environments separate.
It also comes with guide a hood seals to prevent air infiltration that combined with insulated curtain minimizes the sound transmission.
